Instructor Bio
How It Started
Our head coach, Carissa Siu, is a professional swimmer with over 10 years of experience teaching all age groups at various swim schools, including the YMCA and JCC. She founded Elite Swim School to share her passion and enthusiasm for swimming with the community. Dedicated to her career as a swim coach, Carissa aims to teach swimming techniques and inspire others to pursue the sport.
Swimming has always been a significant part of Carissa's family life. Her father, a dedicated swim coach, inspired many with his passion and commitment to the sport. Following in his footsteps, Carissa is proud to continue her family's heritage and legacy by becoming a swim coach herself. Her goal is to share the same enthusiasm and expertise that her father brought to the pool, fostering a love for swimming in the community and ensuring that the tradition of excellence in swimming instruction carries on.
Our Promise
Elite Swim School is a family-run business, with Carissa and her sister, Mable, actively involved in both coaching and operations. The school focuses on proper stroke techniques to help people enjoy the water, stay safe, and see swimming as a fun and healthy form of exercise. When you enroll your child in lessons with us, you become part of our family, and you can trust that you are in good hands.
Your concerns are our concerns, and we welcome any feedback. Please feel free to contact us anytime—we look forward to hearing from you!
